Latoya Taitt is passionate about supporting and motivating people to reach their health and fitness goals. She has a special place in her heart for busy moms who struggle to live healthy lives while caring for their children. As a busy wife and mom of 4, though Latoya has always loved fitness and strived to be fit, after having her twins in 2010 and returning to work full-time, Latoya was extremely exhausted. Despite being so tired and often falling asleep in her work clothes, she was very sleep deprived and had very poor eating habits. She knew something had to change when her oldest daughter who was 3 at the time wanted to go to the playground down the street. Latoya found herself arguing with a 3 year old to just stay inside instead of getting outside for fresh air and exercise. She realized the unhealthy habits she was teacher her daughter and at that moment vowed to be a very good model for her children.
Today, Latoya is a certified fitness instructor for Turbo Kick, Cize and PiYo. Latoya enjoys seeing people having fun while they push past their limits to get a good workout and sweat to great music in her classes. Besides teaching live fitness classes, Latoya also offers monthly exercise and nutrition accountability groups online, where she assist people in setting realistic health goals and support them to achieve great results. There is nothing more inspiring than witnessing an individual transform their body and life through exercise, sound nutrition and overall better health. When not teaching fitness classes or running online accountability groups, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children,who are her reasons for living a full and healthy life.
